Join us in welcoming Edible Baja’s inaugural culinary event at The Land & Water Co. featuring Chefs Javier Plascencia and Robert Ruiz.
We are thrilled to be hosting world-renowned Chef Javier Plascencia in our kitchen. Together the Chefs will be collaborating on a coursed gourmet tasting menu that explores Asian influences on Baja California’s gastronomy.
When: Thursday, July 11th
6:30-7:30pm: Welcome cocktail reception with passed appetizers
7:30-10:00pm: Seated Dinner Service
10:00pm-close: After Party at The Captain Charles Kenneth Speakeasy (No-Host Bar)
